It's simple - favors are a generous yet cost effective way
to thank your guests for being a part of your very special day. Your special thank you gift/favor can be positioned at the guest table with a personalized label to create a place setting or on a decorated table by the entry or exit for your guests to pick-up.
Do I provide a favor for each guest?
You have a choice, you can provide a favor for each of your
guests or you can provide one per family and/or couple. It's completely up to you and what your budget will allow.
May I receive a sample?
Absolutely! Many of our items can be ordered individually. Simply
order quantity 1 and we'll ship the sample right out to you. Some items are shipped in sets and if that is the case, you'll see a note that states "SHIPPED IN SETS OF XXX". Samples are subject to standard shipping
charges.
What if I receive my items damaged?
Simply contact us via email at: orders@abelladia.com within 72 hours of receipt of the damaged
items and we will immediately send you replacement items.
Do you accept returns?
Absolutely!If by
chance you change your mind on your purchase, we offer hassle free returns
(less shipping costs).Unfortunately, if
your item is edible or has been personalized, we hope you understand but we
cannot accept it as a return.In order
to return your product, you will need to contact us via email at: orders@abelladia.com, advise why you would like to return the product and we will issue
you a Return Material Authorization (RMA).Please do not return your items, until the RMA has been issued to you.
When will I receive my order?
All standard items are in stock unless in the description,
you see Currently Out of Stock.When
in stock, items will ship within 3 business days.All personalized items will ship within 3 to 5
business days.
Will you share my personal information with anyone outside
of A Bella Dia?
Absolutely not!Protecting your privacy is very important to us and we will not share any information you have provided to us with anyone!
Is it safe to order items from Abelladia.com?
